Any plans for VLC for iOS Update?

VLC for iOS hasn't received an update in quite a while and is plagued with bugs.
Should we ever expect a fix, or should we look into another app?

There was a post in May talking about an update that is being worked on. Your "nice firm bump" non-withstanding.

Will new documentation for MobileVLCKit be available before that? Looking to get info on iOS11 support.

Any update on this?

Checked the repo's and compile guides for MobileVLCKit but sadly they are all outdated as I wanted to add a few new features, they link to now non-existent downloads from google code for instance so would be great if the shell scripts and documentation could be updated as well
