No mediastreaming of windows 10

Hello specialists,

On my Windows 10 PC, I have activated the mediastreaming option.
Various DLNA and UPnP players on the iPad could handle this well.
VLC for ipad also works on other servers very well, just not at Windows 10 mediastream.
VLC finds the Windows-Server and provides all files for selection, but can not play a file.
VLC reports the following Error:

Your input can't be opened
VLC is unable to open the MRL `rtsp://192.x.x.x:554/WPNSSv4/yyyy...yyyy/xxxxxx.wmv?formatID=197`
Check the log for details.

Unfortunately, I don't know where I can check the log.
I use VLC for iOS version 2.7.8 on iOS 10.2.1

Does anyone have an idea what I need to do to make it run again?
