Stream Http from PC to 2 apple TV gen4

Every time I set up a HTTP stream using default options, I get buffering on both TVs. Are there some fine tuning settings that i'm missing? Seems as though if I stream a file off a NAS from the PC I get worse latency then streaming the file from the desktop. The file is an MP4 video. Is there a way to stream simultaneously to both TVs without using the PC as a proxy for hosting the HTTP stream? Oh and one more thing I have to play the file locally on the PC as well for the audio that is output from the PC to a receiver

I think that I got it figured out. And I was streaming a 1080 P file and I don't think the Apple TV device can support it

I admit I haven't tried yet, but I think 1080p is supported on AppleTV.
So far - in my App using VLCKit - I only have met 1080i streams.
