Picture is too late to be displayed TVVLCKit tvOS

Dear community:
I am developing tvos application right now to play iptv streams. All went fine except lags when playing streams.
I am creating player with such option:
"--network-caching=5000"
Would you be so kind to help with an advice what options i may use to make video smooth?
