Download folder with "local network" browser in vlc (with voiceover)

Hi, im new here, im blind and use voiceover and have found out that VLC works very well for me! But i have found a small problem... when i try to download files with the "local network" function in VLC(sidebar) i can only download one and one file. I'm wondering if there is a function where i can download a whole folder in one go instead of downloading one and one file within the folder. I want to be able to do this without using itunes..

Hope someone can help me out and find a solution, and once again thanks all for the great work done with vlc.
