Transfer media from IOS to PC

Basically, I have media on the IOS app that I'd like to transfer onto my PC. Is there any way that doesn't include iTunes?

In the other thread, a site admin said
"We will provide more elegant ways in forthcoming release."

Have these "more elegent ways" indeed been implemented? Is there a way for me to move my media to my PC?

Yes, those more elegant ways are available now.

You can use "WiFi Sharing" not only to upload media to iOS devices but also to download from iOS devices.
