what happened to cloud services?

I checked yesterday and it wouldnt show any of my files in google drive. It says error while fetching files, request timed out.

So i logout and try to log back in.

it shows i am logged in because in the top right it says "Logout".

but on the screen i see a login button.

i am running the latest version on iphone 6plus.

And what happens when you click the displayed "Logout" button?
