Sleep timer not working

Hi All,

I recently downloaded VLC fo iOS and generally I think it's a great player, however I can't get the sleep timer to work. I can click through to where the time is chosen, but then can't get it to activate. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello Marissa,

The timer is automatically activated as soon as it is set. The UI is far from self-explaining and we will improve it in a subsequent release including the ability to cancel the timer

I thought that had been the case, and selected a time, but it did not work. Any further ideas? Or an estimated time for an update?

Hopefully as part of VLC for iOS 2.7 which should arrive around the same time as iOS 9, but no promises.
