VLC iOS for RTMP stream

Hi friends,

i am newbie for iOS development,i am in process of developing iOS RTMP streaming app, i came across VLC iOS 2.4.1 which fulfilled my requirement, but lack of iOS development experience, i faced difficulties in starting development.

First, i downloaded VLC iOS 2.4.1 source code and get following errors.
a) Podfile.lock : No such file or directory
b) Manifest.lock: No such file or directory
c) The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

And i did run pod install in the project directory,clean and build the project again. I still encounter the same error.

I feel blindfolded, highly appreciate if provide guide for me to start on.

Make sure to open the xcworkspace for compilation, not the xcodeproj (if applicable).
