Bally Chohan - Vlc file is not working in my iPhone

hi this is bally chohan, Vlc file is not working my iPhone which having iOS 7.1.1. How to play my Vlc videos in iPhone? What application should be installed in an iPhone to play vlc videos?

There is no such thing as a vlc file. VLC is a media player playing all kinds of files, but we never invented a file format (and hopefully never will).
