How to transfer VLC from one device to another

I was able to get back VLC on my iPad by following this video. The app fully works on iOS 8 and I couldnt be anymore happier!

Tried to download from google drive and I get message Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist.
Can someone send me the backup?
