DNS-325 DLINK - impossible to access files

I just bought an ipad mini and i install vlc.
I have films on my NAS (Dlink DNS-325) and I would like to read it on my ipad mini.
VLC see the NAS but when I click on it, there is no file inside.

Could you help me ?
