Video play order in folder

I have a series of videos that I wish to play one after another. I have moved them into a folder. If I play the first video in the list, it will move to and start playing the next until the end is reached. Even though the filenames are in ASCII sort order named, the videos got put in the folder descending. Therefore they play out of order. Is there a way to reorder them so I can play them in a certain sequence?
