Hey,
While VLC for iOS can play those streams, it is totally up to your IPTV provider how to set those up. Usually, it's a rather simple URL, which you can open through the "Open Network Stream" dialog. This dialog will also retain the last 10 played streams.
Regrettably, there is no specialized interface available for IPTV setups so far.
