VLC does not index files

I tested on version 3.5.7 and version 3.6.0 beta 6 and the problem is the same.
I have an upnp multimedia server on my Synology NAS.
It is also configured in SMB.
I would like to point out that my Android TV can read the files.
VLC finds all the movies when I go to the folders but it says impossible to add the folders to the library.
VLN does not remember the checked folders.
In addition, we can see the no entry sign.
