viewing tv with dvb tuner on android

hi all

i am using the USB DVB-T2 tuner on linux and windows with vlc. But for viewing TV by than tuner on android i want to use "vlc for android". please guide me how can i ?

i can now view the TV on android phone using than tuner with another app named padtvhd , but i want to use "vlc for android". how can i ?

If you tell how you do it on linux/Windows, it will be easier to tell you how to replicate it on Android.
