Can't decrease Volume using hardware button when Volume>100%

I ran into the problem that I can't turn down the volume using the smartphone's hardware button if the current volume exceeds 100%. At the same time, increasing the volume using the corresponding button works. Volume control also works correctly with the headset buttons and a gesture on the screen.
My phone is Poco X6 5G, Android 14

To make it clear. If the volume is under 100%, you can increase or decrease the volume without problem. If it's over 100% you cannot decrease it with the physical buttons but can with any other mean.
