Unable to download Subtitles

Hi,

Subtitles have worked well for years until now.

Each time I try to download subtitles I get the error message

"Service unavailable, please try later".

Using VLC on Google / Android TV, also searching for exact names and formats, nothing works.

Any help appreciated.

The service we use (OpenSubtitles) broke a few days ago. We are looking into it. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
