Video gets stucked when the video is skipped forward

Issue with my vlc media player. While watching a video when I skip the video forward then the video freezes at that point while the audio keeps playing in the background

Could you please share some logs? Reproduce the issue and then go to: Settings > Advanced > Debug logs. Then share the logs with the sharing service you prefer (Google Drive, Dropbox, pastebin...).
