Android VLC no longer seeing DLNA network share

For years i used dlna server on my android to stream my music library on my windows vlc using UPnP service
but now isn't working, even opening this adress on vlc dosen't seem to work http://172.22.22.82:18192

I'm on a Pixel 6 pro Android 14

Vlc 3.2.20 Vetinari

i checked hat i'm on the same network, recently updated my drivers so i am up to date.

Checked Firewall and apps authorization on my pc

Could you please share some logs? Reproduce the issue and then go to: Settings > Advanced > Debug logs. Then share the logs with the sharing service you prefer (Google Drive, Dropbox, pastebin...).

I had the same issue, all my phones were on 3.5.4. and were working.
But my Samsung tablet has something called deep sleep for apps and I don't know how it works, and vlc was marked for said deep sleep.
It seems I can use the app even in deep sleep, with some of stuff disabled.
I had to manually re-enable vlc on apps menu and now it can connect to network, smb, dona, etc.
To me was not an app issue, it was an Samsung Android issue.
