VLC 3.5.4 for Android. Fire TV 4K Stick. Using a thumb drive and an OTG cable to copy .mp4 file for viewing from a Win10 PC.

Power down Fire Stick. Remove thumb drive. Power up, From VLC Video tab, VLC shows thumbnails of things that were on the thumb drive !

Also in History tab !

How do I clear these out ! (Clearing application Cache and Data from the Fire Stick Application menu does not work, even after a reboot.)

If it's there is because it has been indexed and added to the history.

To remove it from the index: Settings > Media library index > un-check the USB drive

To remove it from the history, you can clear it in Settings > Advanced > Clear playback history.
