[Feature Enhancement Request] Dolby Atmos, DTS:X Audio Pass-through Implementation

As you can see, the VLC on the Android smartphone app is offering audio pass-through in audio options. So what I want to accomplish with this feature is to directly connect the smartphone to the soundbar using a USB-C to HDMI cable, or to connect to the TV to pass-through audio formats such as Dolby Atmos or DTS:X audio to the device.

But what I'm asking is that the pure undecoded audio signal is delivered, rather than processed or downmixed audio by the VLC's software decoder. In other words, it has to bypass the software decoder and pass it to the receiver.
