Convert/save only does first title

I am trying to rip the commercial disc from the HBO mini series The Pacific. Each disc has 2 "titles".
Using the default settings, I only get the first title.
If I uncheck "No Disc Menus", it appears I get everything, but Android VLC on a Firestick 4K does not allow me to select from the main menu.
