[Android TV] Sections on/off

The Android TV version of VLC has a minimalist interface. It would nice if:

1) it could be further minimalized by turning sections on or off in settings, so that only the desired sections appear in the interface;
2) the Browsing section were split up into a new Favorites section and a second section called + (or Browsing) to add new sources. This would separate content from file navigation.
