VLC for Android 3.5.3, but VLC for Fire 3.4.3

I was trying to deal with some odd behaviors on VLC on my Firestick 4k. All the mentioned bugs say they are fixed already, but when I check on my Firestick 4k they are not. That was when I finally noticed that VLC for Android is at version 3.5.3, but VLC for Fire is at version 3.4.3. I think this Fire version is from around January 2022.

How/when do new builds for Android get made and published for Amazon/Firesticks?

There are some important fixes in VLC 3.5.1 and later, but I can't get them due to the Fire version difference. Specifically, the fixed issue mentioned in the following thread.

No global settings for audio delay and subtitles

We always wait for the Play Store version to be stable enough to update the Amazon AppStore (as it's a pain to do). It should come soon though.

Well I just noticed last night that version 3.5.4 just appeared on my 4k Firestick and it is remembering the -350ms audio offset. We can just fire up any movie from my media server and everything is in sync.

Thank you so much!
