Neither of these is currently downloadable

Neither on the Play store or on the VLC website, there is not a button that initiates a download of the app at this time. I'm trying to install VLC on a chromebook.

I downloaded VLC from Google Play just about 2 hours ago.

I just tried and it works well on my chromebook. Could you please share a screenshot of your issue?
