VLC for FireTV is unable to read shared folder on PC

On my Windows 10 PC I have setup a shared folder and given Everyone on the network read access.
I am unable to see my PC on VLC.
This used to work.
I would go to Local Network.
This would then recognize my PC allowing me to open the shared folder and access files within it.
Steps I've taken so far:
Restarted FireTV
cleared cache
cleared data
Uninstalled/Re-installed
I am able to see the the files fine on ES File Explorer, so I know the network is setup.
It seems to only be a problem with the most recent version of VLC on Android.
I think there might be a permission blocking the local network shares.
Version: 3.4.3 for Android
