How to export current VLC for Android settings WITHOUT Google sync?

I bought a new smartphone and want to setup VLC for Android on it exactly as on the old smartphone.

How can I export all the current setting into a LOCAL (!) Android file (for later import on the new)?

I don't want to use Google Sync for that.
Everything should be done locally (by copying (exported) settings file from smartphone to smartphone).

How can I achieve this?

There is nothing in the app for that. your only chance is to copy the content of

/data/data/org.videolan.vlc.debug/shared_prefs

. But you'll have to get a root access on both devices.

Probably not. It has not been asked a lot and it may cause some issues.
