What should i change on VLC for Android to get best Audio Quality for Headphones?

There is little to change in VLC apart from the equalizer, accessible in three-dots menu at upper right.

If your headphones have a volume control, it's important to set that compatibly with the phone's volume level. For example, don't pot the phone down and depend on the earphones to re-amplify it.

Go to settings>audio>audio output
change it to opensl es

I cant find settings ...

Menu More (...) at the bottom then Settings and scroll down to Audio.
