LudioPlayer modifications illegal ?

They used your VLC Player and turn it into LudioPlayer with some Modifications and Enhances for an Android. Can't you do anything to request them to remove it and use your VLC Player ? I don't liked Ludio because they used yours illegally, I believe. Correct me If I am wrong. Thanks.

Cease and desist has been sent for GPL and LGPL violation.
There's also violation of Freetype and GSM licenses.

Well it's just a rip of VLC to which they have added ads. A lot of ads.
This is confusing for some people who then thinks that VLC is just another crapware full of ads.

What does that mean ? You are going to have them give up LudioPlayer and hand it over to you ? I hope so because I disliked LudioPlayer at all. Sorry about my English.
