After everytime i start vlc to play a video it start parsing and everytime loading time takes upto 1 min to show what video i have in internal memory

Could you please provide some logs?

Go in the Settings > Advanced > Debug logs > Start logging

Then reproduce the issue, dump logcat logs and attach the file here.

Unfortunately there is no useful info in the logs. There is indeed a scanning happening but it only takes a few seconds.
What is your device model and Android version?
