VLC Extensions doesn't works in XSPF playlists on Android

I have many short video files stored in several directories. I have created XSPF playlists for this video files.
I have stored the entire directory structure on NAS and I shared it on NB (Win 10) and Android devices. The playlists are compliants, so XSPF playlists works on Android devices too.
I often use a VLC Extensions in XSPF playlists (e.g. <vlc:option>start-time=xy</vlc:option>). The extensions work on Win, but Android ignore it. Why VLC Extensions doesn't works in XSPF playlists on Android?
