I don't get why this is how it's functioning on the Android app, when on desktop app, it just plays and lets you drag any subtitles anytime, anything.
On that .TS file, it plays smoothly, but it won't let me pick any external subtitles file, sometimes when it got an embedded subtitle inside the .TS file, (but the formatting style of that embedded subtitle is weird and different than the normal subtitle mode and formatting set on VLC itself) it will let me pick those, but not on external subtitles itself. Please fix this, let us play and add subtitles files to any videos files on the Android app
Also on selecting external subtitle files, just let us use the Files app on Android itself, not the small window on top of the video itself. It's so unintuitive, either PiP first the video when we switch to the Files app, or let the audio play while we're selecting subtitles.
Please investigate this issue and get this fixed immediately on the next update.
PS: Also how can I contribute on the design or development of the Windows and Android app. I'm just a UX designer, have alot of free time, I just want to help with y'all and improve VLC's UX and make it more consistent and make senses
