organizing music playlists, vlc android

so...just got a new phone, discovered it has no built in media player app, and bearing in mind I'm not a fan of the play music app, I went and downloaded vlc off the play store.
started putting together my playlists...and I JUST finish making the last playlist...and discovered there is apparently no way to reorganize what track is where in the playlist.
so...fellow vlc users, how do I go about reorganizing my playlists in the android vlc app?
