I can put them in /Android/obb and all users can manually navigate to them in VLC (Directories) and open them however, VLC doesn't add them to the Video library.

I want all users to have access to my video files.
I can put them in /Android/obb and all users can manually navigate to them in VLC (Directories) and open them however, VLC doesn't add them to the Video library.
