Audio - desynchronized

Hello,
I own Shield TV device, actually my first Android together with phone on Christmas.

The issue is simple, audio is not synchronized with video. All files work fine on the computer.
Subtitles stick with video, but sound goes forward, up to 3 seconds sooner. It is long way through hdmi switch, reciever, to TV. But youtube and games work fine. Kodi´s desync is max 200ms.

Simple question... is it normal? Simple way to fix it?

I have an issue with audio being out of synch with video, but my video is ahead of my audio.

It happens when playing an MP4 video on my octacore tablet.

I hope someone has some input on desynchronized audio for this thread.
