Release notes (changelogs)?

I'd like to know about the nightly android changelogs, I see its getting releases every few days which is great but how do we know what has been fixed on the releases?, is there a changelog page I don't know about?

I believe here is where the development of vlc for android takes place. There is a NEWS file, which is like a brief changelog.
Interesting, in the main repository there are also android related changes. But is there any build?

Main development of VLC for Android occurs under vlc-ports/android.git, but there are some Android-related libvlc modules which reside under vlc.git.
