I am getting a "Playback error" message while trying to playback some mp4 video.
Model Number: Nexus 5
Android Version: M
VLC Version: 1.3.2

I'm wondering if my MP4 video file is corrupt. I get an audio-related error in Windows Media Player and an "Unrecognized File Type" in VLC Player.
