few issues ive noticed using this for the last month

i have a Samsung 128GB EVO Micro SDXC in my LG L70 using the stock OS 4.4.2
firstly the setting in the options to force VLC into either landscape or portorate (or any of the other options) doesnt work at all, it only changes via the phones internal sensor and even if i turn that off VLC wont change. i would prefer to lock it in landscape since that way i have more space for the navigation bar
second, there is a AM/FM radio signal style noise issue when skipping the current audio track and sometimes will happen intermittently (possibly cause the phone is doing tasks in the background) this happens on all types of files, 3GP, youtube dash M4A and OGG/Webm, standard MP3s, if there is a specific setting that could effect this let me know!
which brings me to another issue with navigating youtube DASH audio (AAC and OGG), i notice with the DASH youtube audio that for whatever reason the navigation will be all zeros when you open it in VLC, this also occurs in the desktop VLC for linux so maybe an issue overall, but VLC atleast recognizes and plays DASH, but perhaps look into this an try to fix, it effects both the AAC and Webm/OGG audio streams, if you dont pause and let it play its fine but when you try to skip it will only go ahead a few seconds no matter where you skip on the DVR bar and impossible to navigate.
also VLC itself has all the metadata from the files but they wont show up until i actually start to play a file within a folder, otherwise it shows the scrambled downloaded file name instead, can you make it so the playlist metadata is shown in the file browsing menus too?
also perhaps give us the ability to save/create a playlist from multiple sources, rather than just within the same folder and once you back out and go back in, it resorts.
i would prefer an option in the preferences to play back video files as audio automatically, rather than hit that each time, since i mostly have been grabbing the 3GP quality youtube vids since the AAC/Webm/OGG have problems as stated
