VLC stream server

Hello, I'm seeking for a VLC feature on PC which allows to stream played video over http/srtp/multicast etc. This feature is not available in android and my question if it is planned feature. My use case is for a car setup where I have three android tablets which will play streamed video from some streamer - ideally VLC because I can pause / seek in the video. (btw I cannot find any streaming server on android which can do http streaming of played video (not dlna etc.) if anyone have a tip let me know)

VLC can play http and RTP on Android.

yes it can but I'm seeking for streaming the played video over http/rtp so another androids can connect to it.

yes. without reencoding - just pure streaming is enough. The motivation is that I can play video from my android which will play on other androids in a car
I have tried it from my PC to stream multicast and it works beautifully all androids can receive the same video almost in perfect sync so I can play one audio from main player in a car. So the android version of streaming would be unique function. I cannot find any software which can do this on android.

Unfortunately we don't support streaming out from Android yet. Sorry.
