Hi,

VLC has long time problems on Nexus 10 on all versions.

1. Android 4.4.4: VLC shows that HW acceleration isn't possible and the use software decoder.
2. Android 5.0.2: just crashed.

Are they known problems?

VLC version?

Crash log?

On 4.4.4 all VLC versions (beta, release, nighties) can't decode it in HW mode.
On 5.0.2 vlc crashed with the following error message: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8ynj2noed310u ... 3.png?dl=0

.ts files interlaced cannot be decoded by many hardware.

android.media.MediaPlayer and android.media.MediaCodec support that stream. I'll try to find another stream example.

It is a 1080i h264 stream as streamed by my cable provider.
