subtitles are reset by phone lock

Play any video that has a separate srt subtitles file. VLC selects subtitle track 1 by default. Change this to any other track or disabled. Lock the phone. Unlock the phone. VLC forgets the change and resumes the video with the default subtitle track 1 again.
