I would like to see an option to set the default playback speed in VLC player. Are there any plan to implement this feature. Thanks for the great app.

What do you mean by "default playback speed"? From the UI? External intent?

I referred to the playback speed of the Audio & Video within VLC player. I use BeyondPod podcast app. From the BeyondPod app, I open the podcast to play with VLC. Someitems, I play audios & Videos within VLC app itself. Either case, I would like to play at higher playback speed such as 1.5x or 2x. So if there is an option to set the default playback speed in VLC app, that would be handy.

I see. We'll see what we can do, although this is probably not a priority right now.

I know that there's the option in desktop VLC to add delay to audio in msec (audio desynchronisation compensation). It's very userful on Rockchip 3188 SoC, because there are always a small delay in audio for live streams. Is it possible to add that option to the android VLC?
