Manual Address for Streaming

Thanks for VLC for Android.

I am using VLC for Android on a Kogan 55" smart TV running Android 4.2, I wish to play my Music Video collection on the TV, using a version of VLC, to help with this , In Setting would it be possible to add a field for having the address for the streaming computer?
