VLC Direct on Sony Tablet-S

Postby tonybear » 12 Oct 2012 21:44

I have VLC Direct installed on my Sony Tablet-S. I'm trying to use it to play video files on a 32GB SD card in the provided SD card slot. When I locate the file to be played and click on it, I get an error message saying "VLC connection missing. Go to menu/settings/Connection to VLC Media Player." How do I complete this setup? I have Android 4.0.3 installed on the Tablet S.

In fact, why not try out the real and legitimate VLC for Android: http://nightlies.videolan.org/
