Unable to install VLC Beta (NEON version) in my samsung gala

Hi All,
Unable to install VLC Beta (NEON version) in my samsung galaxy 3 GTI5801 device.
My device is running on android 2.2 apollo OS.
Can any one tell me how can i install VLC player in my device to play all audio and video file formats.
