No Menu Bar Android

VLC 3.5.5 Android 14 I have no title bar/menu bar or tools menu. Need this in an effort to sync audio. No issues with XPlayer on S22. The issue on both my Kindle and S22. The bar is present in Windows 10. All I really want to do is to sync the audio.
