Video files are played with audio only

This started happening a few weeks ago. Some video files that I have played for years without any problems suddenly start playing with audio only and a black screen.
Sometimes, turning the TV off for a few minutes makes them play normally again, or restarting the player a few dozen times.
Resetting the app to defaults seems to fix it but then the problem appears again with the next video or the next time I turn the TV on.

Could you please share some logs? Reproduce the issue and then go to: Settings > Advanced > Debug logs. Then share the logs with the sharing service you prefer (Google Drive, Dropbox, pastebin...).
