Closed caption (crop out) problem

When I'm in default scale mode, the caption looks like this:

But when I scale to fit the screen the caption is also scaled and cropped like this:

It is annoying because my phone screen is not standard video ratio 16:9 or standard cinema ratio 21:9 (mine is 20:9) so the video in default mode is a bit small to watch. But when I zoom in to fit the screen, the caption is unreadable. Please fix this by let people choose how caption appears on the screen. Thank you.
