No Media Files Found

Using VLC for fire stick. It has always had occasional issues where it would not connect to a network share SMB. Usually I would uninstall /reinstall and get back up and running. I would know it was fixed when it asked me for login/password. this latest time I cannot get to the login screen, I just get that same message. It can see the server but will not connect.

I have 4 firesticks in my home and all are running vlc 3.5.4 . Only one can connect . That tells me it is not my server

I have a problem with AppleTv. With the new version 3.4 of May 2023, I can't see the folders of my PC. Before I could access my PC folders.
